•  How much will it cost to replace my bathtub or shower?

•  Can I purchase your product and install it myself?

•  How do I get an estimate for bathroom remodeling?

•  Do you provide replacement tubs and showers in colors other than white?

•  Can water seep in behind the unit and create a mildew, mold or rot problem?

•  Can mold or mildew grow on my bathtub or shower unit?

•  How will I clean my new bathtub or shower?

•  Will rusty water stain my unit?

•  How well will my new bathtub or shower look after years of service?

•  Are you just some big, impersonal company that will never call me back?

How much will it cost to replace my bathtub or shower?

Answer: We want to help you decide if our system is right for you and your bathroom. To do this, one of our design consultants needs to visit with you at a time that is convenient for you. We do not charge for this meeting, and you have no obligation to buy anything.

Can I purchase your product and install it myself?

Answer: Proper installation of replacement bathtubs and showers requires extensive training and special tools. If your unit is installed improperly, water can leak through the seams and any holes used for accessories. Accordingly, we install everything we sell, using our certified bath remodeling installers.

How do I get an estimate for bathroom remodeling?

Answer: Every bathroom (and homeowner!) is different. Accordingly, we need to meet with you to review your needs and expectations. Please contact us to arrange for this.

Do you provide replacement tubs and showers in colors other than white?

Answer: Absolutely. We offer a range of colors and styles to match any decor. We'll be delighted to show them to you when we meet.

Can water seep in behind the unit and create a mildew, mold or rot problem?

Answer: Never. During installation, your certified installer will create a seal where no air or moisture can seep between your unit and the wall.

Can mold or mildew grow on my bathtub or shower unit?

Answer: No. Our units are all made of tough, acrylic plastic. Unlike tile and grout, acrylic is a non-porous material, which means mold and mildew cannot grow on it.

How will I clean my new bathtub or shower?

Answer: You should clean your new tub or shower with a non-abrasive, non-aerosol cleanser that does not contain ammonia. Ka-Boom, bleach diluted with water, dishwashing liquid, or simply vinegar and water are all good choices.

Will rusty water stain my unit?

Answer: No. Because acrylic is non-porous, it does not stain. Even rusty water will not harm your new bathtub or shower.

How well will my new bathtub or shower look after years of service?

Answer: The acrylic surface of our products is much tougher than tile and grout -- it will never chip, dent, peel, stain or fade. The surface is also UV-stable and permanently colorfast -- meaning it will never fade, and it's excellent for sunny bathrooms.

Are you just some big, impersonal company that will never call me back?

Answer: We're a locally owned business, providing bathroom remodeling for homeowners in this area for years. We're not going anywhere, and you'll always know where to find us. We always return your calls.
